- Our furniture is guaranteed up to 5 years in normal conditions, in case that occurs a timber breakage or rot before the expiration date of the warranty, just contact one of our representatives.
- Also we have shipping parts. Errors in the supplies made by us shall be corrected immediately at no cost to our customers in case of error by our customers (wrong address or product, etc.) we offer the service to correct these errors *freight company charges applies*.

- Cancellation policy for Custom made products: up to 3 days after purchase, 8% of invoice value will be charged . After 3 days we can not accept any return , because in this cases are special designs made exclusively under certain specifications by customer. we can not sell to other.
